I’m so glad you’re with us for our virtual Christmas party! We now move on to the kitchen where Jessica is waiting at the table to share something with us.

What one thing have you done that others may not have?
“For our honeymoon, my husband and I went on a cruise to the Western Caribbean. We ate delicious food and saw awe-inspring sights. Our favorite thing we did was climb Mayan ruins (Kohunlich) and went 4-wheeling through the Mayan jungle. It was an amazing adventure!”

If you could have any meal for your birthday dinner (cost is not an issue) what would it be?
“Hands down, my favorite thing to eat is my mom’s Arroz con Pollo. It is the perfect marriage of chicken, hot and sweet sausage, stock, garlic and tomatoes. Seriously my favorite thing to eat on the planet!”

What is something exciting that will happen this summer?
“On July 17th my hubby and I will be picking up our new puppy! We will be proud parents of an 8 week old black lab. Name is still undecided, but we are picking from our favorites! Can’t wait to bring her home!”
