Welcome to Sketch it Saturdays at Unscripted Sketches! If you are just finding Unscripted Sketches, every Saturday morning we post a sketch for the week. Flip the sketch, rotate it… create a card, a scrapbook page, or anything your imagination comes up with! There is no right or wrong way, as long as you are using the Unscripted Sketch as the inspiration and basis of your creation!
PIGGYBACK CHALLENGE
It’s time for our monthly PIGGYBACK CHALLENGE! If you haven’t played along with us before on a piggyback week, it is simply an additional, optional challenge. Whether or not you choose to add the piggyback challenge element to your project will in no way effect consideration for Top 3 or other prizes.
Our additional challenge this week is to use USE VELLUM. It’s often forgotten and under-used, but it’s one of the most wonderful materials to add variety to your projects. Below you’ll find that the design team outdid themselves again with so many ways to use it! Although difficult to photograph sometimes, each designer used it in a beautiful way- from Geri’s stamped and embossed tree to Alicia’s vellum envelope to Tracey’s layered flower, it’s quite versatile and we’d love to see what you do with it! Whether you choose to do the piggyback challenge or not, please post a link to your project below. Enjoy!
